[every single omnicomm on the ship is getting some sort of noticeable alert for this message]

Hello, fellow friends and crewmates, and thank you for taking the time to view this message. For those who have not yet personally met me, I am Dhianeila Y Leisha Altoria Ol Yunos, one of the elected council members aboard this ship.

During our recent mission just outside of the planet NiSaris, both myself and Setsuna F. Seiei were able to accomplish a very brief, personal encounter with the Ohm. I would like to share with all of you what we have learned from this encounter, although I much apologize if your curiosities, as frustrating as they are, are not completely satiated from this information, due to the very small window of opportunity that was presented to us. But I believe any further information is a great thing for us who are still lost, and not completely sure of our own circumstances.

Many of us on board have voiced fears of the Ohm being an emotionless, violent hive mind. What we learned from our encounter is that they are, in fact, not any of those things. Each of them possessed their own thoughts and feelings. And though not a hive mind of any sort, they communicate with each other in such a way ... where their entire race has developed a mental connection between one another. And together they speak, deliberate and act as a result of this unique form of communication. Some were surprised, frightened at our alleged intrusion -- our attempt to speak with them. Though they do not communicate and speak the same way many of us on board this ship do, what they conveyed was still understandable to a very general extent. As unfortunate and heartbreaking as our losses have been, they do not simply seem to be acting on unexplainable violence. For a reason, some reason we still have yet to discover, they relayed a strange feeling of sadness, wrapped in an opinion and view of us ... as having done something terrible. There is a reason for their actions, and it is my strongest hope that we can discover this reason and more as soon as we possibly can, for the benefit of all.

Our limit of opportunity to learn these things was very short-- a few moments at most, before we were pushed away and swept back into the battle ensuing around us. So I do not have any more information aside from what I have just explained. Still, do not hesitate to speak to me, other council members, and each other about anything regarding this. Together we all wish for the same thing; for the Ohm to stop their actions, to save those in danger of losing their homes and to somehow find a way for us to restore our own. And it is only working with and trusting in one another that can get us there. Please wish Setsuna a quick recovery, as if it were not for him and his help, this would not have occurred. I thank you for your time.

I'm uncertain of the ethics of this, but I wanted to ask. At the moment the clone that crew-member Mei-Xing brought on board is still in Medical, living on a respirator with no chance of waking up.

My understanding of her file is that her comatose state was caused by damage done early in her development, otherwise she would have been perfectly normal. With the clock on board, we have a chance to reverse that, though I imagine it would leave her an infant. Which...I'm uncertain if that would be a bad thing. She would require a caretaker, but she could be normal. She could have a chance for a childhood and a life beyond what was meant for her.

I think we have a chance to help her, to give a patient with no chance a chance and I would like your advice on it. As a nurse I've seen a lot of good people die because we didn't have the technology to help them. I would like your opinions on it. I'm afraid I don't know much about magic, though I've been observing the effects of the clock first hand. Would this work? Do you think it would be beneficial to try?

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry about the sudden disappearance, but if I'm reading this clock correctly it hasn't been too long since I left. We were on a critical mission and couldn't exactly announce our intentions to the world, but I've finally been cleared to tell you what we've been up to.

I've found myself at a rather ugly scene of a medical condition so I need a few days to take care of things. Councilor Rhiow, will you please take over the case regarding our latest conflagration of bad vibes?

Also, I've spoken with Superman, and he will be head until I am back on my feet. Don't worry, it's curable, I just, well, really need time to myself. Thanks for understanding.

Play nice with the others and for the love of god don't make any more rules while I'm away.

Matt

[separate lock to friends]

Everyone I'm taking a medical leave from the council, so you can go talk to Superman about it. Point being, I'm going to be taking long hours meditating for a while now.

I'm not sure what the charter demands for the crime of holding a crew member hostage, but Merlin kidnapped me and held me for over a month, denying any who looked for me access. I demand he be held accountable and prosecuted for this action. I want to press charges, or whatever passes for them. He kept me in a fish tank. Like a carnival goldfish. He used magic with the intent to harm against a crew-mate.

[Locked To Jake]

So, I'm curious, were you the tiger or the elephant? Tom is still a little confused on the details. I assume Marco MUST have been the Gorilla, but I'm at a loss as to who the other two could be. Likely your girlfriend is one of them, but the hawk? Where did you get a morph capable hawk. That one still puzzles me.

[Locked To Loren]

Congratulations for fishing in your own species, does this mean I now need to make allowances for conjugal visits? I wouldn't want to keep you from your lawfully wedded husband.

[Locked to Eva]

Stay away from me you crazy bitch.

[Locked to Rhiow]

I thank you for your concern and congratulate you on your victory, Councilor Rhiow. I would have voted for you, had I been able.

[Locked to Rachel]

I see you're up to your old tricks, might I suggest new material? Maybe something a little more impressive than a charging bear, or at least a little less insane.

This is an official statement from the Transmigration Nine Civilian Council.

Effective immediately, no one is to carry out live fire exercises, experiments or tests, or anything that has the potential to damage Stacy or harm crewmembers anywhere on this ship without direct authorization from the Council or Command.

Enlisted members of Starfighter Command will receive authorization through General Chacon; Tactical and Operations will receive authorization through Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Engineering through Billy Cranston, and Neuropathy through Lex Luthor.

All others will receive authorization from either a department head or contacting the Council directly.

Attached to this post is a file on the omnicomm system that has information on the ship's rules and authority figures. All ranking officers, department heads, and councilmembers can be contacted through the omnicomms at all times.

The mobile suit pilots that recently carried out a live fire exercise in the hangar will not receive punishment for this incidence, as there was no law in place at the time.

[Command Staff/Council]

[Transmigration Nine Constitution]

Please inquire if you are unfamiliar with current laws and charters from now on. Thank you.

Live fire? Really?

Oh my god. I look away for five days and this happens.

I'm going to go draft up a "policy" addendum to our usual civilian-military workplace procedure because really, it's better than me going down there, snapping my fingers and melting his gundam.

Magic fire. I can do it. Y'know.

Sigh.

And here I thought I would have my vacation in peace. So much for reading that book's ending.

Hello new crew and welcome to Stacy. I hope everyone's getting used to life here so I'll make this simple. There is a group on the ship known as the Civilian Council which handles the rulings from day to day life when there is need for creating a rule or helping with intermediary discussions between the command structure and the rest of the crew. As such if you haven't gotten a chance to speak with myself or any of the council crewmembers, I will direct you to a few following items of interest.

1) Sensoriums. These handy little places will recreate places from your imagination for real physical interaction. Safeties are on for anyone who likes to do a 1000 man melee as training, and conversely, can be used for fun and entertainment. They also come with an added bonus that the food served in the cafeteria can be converted to real food that doesn't look like a pile of goo.

2) Clothing Store, Workshop and Forges. One of our two communications officers, Reinforce Zwei, has kindly opened a clothing store down on main, directed here in the map provided. Likewise, directions to Atelier Elric, as well as Hiccup and Daja's Forges are available. They can make you clothing and items. Of course if there is a price for them, please inquire within.

3) Drunken Dragon. For those who like to relax in the afternoon there is a bar, the Drunken Dragon. Drinks of various types are available, the main list available at the bar itself. Please drink responsibly.

4) Departments. Engineering, Medical, Magical, as well as other major structures dot the department areas of Stacy. Joining one of them is not mandatory, but will greatly assist you in projects. Please inquire within to your department heads.

5) School. There are a few courses offered by various people, and likewise is not mandatory but suggested if you wish to learn a few things outside your usual sphere of interest.

6) Media Library. Finally there is the media library, and Vivio Takamachi and Edward Elric help run and sort the area. Everyone is allowed to come in and check out the vast selection of music, movies, books and literature from various worlds. Mind you some items might not be available, so please keep that in mind.

This has been a friendly reminder to get along with your fellow crewmembers, and to utilize the facilities as you wish within reason.

Matt Olsen
Civilian Council

PS: My door is always open for questions at the W.I.T.C.H. Bus marked on the map for in-person conversation, or questions can be forwarded through the Omnicom system. Thank you.

Will's been repodded. I noticed she wasn't around anymore and well yeah.

If you need me, I'm going to be in the study.

EDIT (unlocked to bus residents):

Will Vandom's been repodded so please treat whatever she left gently and with care. All I ask is that you respect what she left behind. Thank you.

Everyone, we have one matter we really need to work on resolving, especially since we don't know when Stacy may release the next set of crew members.

The problem over "clones". We know what has happened, but we need to make sure we have a clear view of what's going on concerning current and future crew.

As it stands with me, it doesn't matter who shows up here - they are crew, they are needed and we will not let anyone treat others unfairly. We need to make sure that those who are willing to treat others as property will be punished.

However, that leaves the problem of the thing that started this problem: the clone belonging to Mei-Xing. As much as I hate to admit it, she may be staying with Mei-Xing, due to her nature. However, as it stands, I will not let any one clone anyone for any reason from this point forward. If Stacy has the means to make what you need, use it.

What are your thoughts, everyone?

Good evening, crew and council members.

In the wake of last week's incident and the tragic deaths of our friends and colleagues, as well as the occurrences on the mission and its aftermath, the captain and several members of the command staff have been in discussion about our next steps. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of the crew, without question. As such, we've decided to propose the idea of mandatory medical physicals for all crew members.

Given the diverse nature of the crew, the fact is that our medical staff is unprepared to deal with the wide physiological differences between various species. In case of a future medical emergency, it's important for us to have a record for you so that we know how to best treat you. When you're injured and seconds count, the medical staff's knowledge of your body may be the advantage they need to save lives.

The other fact of the matter is that physical screenings are normally routine procedure for military operations, or any kind of setting where there are many people gathered together in close quarters like this. We've so far been able to put them off, but given the recent emergencies, it's obvious that action needs to be taken.

Captain Kennedy is highly in favor of this proposal, and would like me to relay that all members of command staff and the various departments will be subject to mandatory physicals under his orders. As for the rest of the crew, that is for your council members to decide. But I would personally encourage the council to pass a similar measure for all crew members to ensure their future safety.

Physicals will be performed by members of the medical staff, including Dr. Levy, Dr. Bones and myself, in an assistance role.

I understand the concerns that many of you may have about this. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer anything that's within my knowledge.

In any case, I stand behind this measure 100% and I highly encourage our council members to consider it as well.

- Dr. L. Sera
Chief Science Officer

Locked to Ronon:

Where are you, I got information about where Shiva is.

Locked to Council:

I need two volunteers to meet with me and Ronon. We know where Shiva is, and need to keep him distracted so he doesn't suspect what's going on. I will forward coordinates to you.

To everyone else: Remain calm, and follow your Captain's orders.

Hey all, Rein and I are back from GlaDoS's clutches. I gotta say, that was the MOST FUN I've had in weeks. Portal guns are FTW.

Engineering? Anyone who ran her mazes wanna reverse engineer one of those guns? I love those things.

Better than playing the game I gotta admit.

Hello everyone, we know what's coming and it's not like I'm going to be the last. My name's Matt Olsen for those who are unfamiliar with me, and I've been an associate of the Magical Community for the last few months since my release. Through that time I've seen this crew bond over the strangest concepts, situations and the most incredible fights. I know we can be more united than this, and I'd like to put my name in for the Council.

Most people don't know where I come from, only that I'm the caretaker of a magical academy here on the bus, sharing my knowledge, home and formerly minimal food supplies for a slice of home comfort. I'm trying to extend that comfort to the rest of the ship and would like to be a part of major decisions regarding various ideas and supplies. Furthermore I've got military experience as a Captain in the Kandrakar Guard, leading people into battle as well as loads of obscure knowledge about magical sources, variety of thumalogical expertise and can put my ideas in on coordinating strategy with other seasoned professionals.

As such, I'd like to give my voice to the people from the children to the adults, and as always my door is always open for questions. I am very open minded about all topics and I go out of my way to make as many people happy with any decision I make. Please, stop by in person or over the Omnicoms. Thank you for your time as well and as always, feel free to use our facilities during waking hours, just ask for a key for after hour access.

PS: We have cookies.

Hi! For those of you who I don't know, my name is Fletcher, and I work in the science department. My brother and I are alchemists, and specifically we work with plants and manipulating how they grow.

I've been thinking that maybe I could start working in the Hydroponics area and grow some better food than what we have right now. I mean, I really appreciate Stacy making it for us, but some fruits and vegetables would be nice too, right? I just wanted to ask everyone, what kinds do you think would be best for us to grow? I mean, what are your favorites, and everything.

Also, I was kind of wondering something else that's not related to that. Does anyone know how long we were in those pods before we woke up?

I've got a medical emergency on the WITCH Bus. I need a med team here stat. Ani's hurt pretty badly.

Erm, yeah, um...

...is there someone I can talk to about something VERY, VERY important?

Like "so important that it can go without being told for another minute longer" important?

Because, ahh... this is one of those moments.
