General Announcements
Hello new crew and welcome to Stacy. I hope everyone's getting used to life here so I'll make this simple. There is a group on the ship known as the Civilian Council which handles the rulings from day to day life when there is need for creating a rule or helping with intermediary discussions between the command structure and the rest of the crew. As such if you haven't gotten a chance to speak with myself or any of the council crewmembers, I will direct you to a few following items of interest.
1) Sensoriums. These handy little places will recreate places from your imagination for real physical interaction. Safeties are on for anyone who likes to do a 1000 man melee as training, and conversely, can be used for fun and entertainment. They also come with an added bonus that the food served in the cafeteria can be converted to real food that doesn't look like a pile of goo.
2) Clothing Store, Workshop and Forges. One of our two communications officers, Reinforce Zwei, has kindly opened a clothing store down on main, directed here in the map provided. Likewise, directions to Atelier Elric, as well as Hiccup and Daja's Forges are available. They can make you clothing and items. Of course if there is a price for them, please inquire within.
3) Drunken Dragon. For those who like to relax in the afternoon there is a bar, the Drunken Dragon. Drinks of various types are available, the main list available at the bar itself. Please drink responsibly.
4) Departments. Engineering, Medical, Magical, as well as other major structures dot the department areas of Stacy. Joining one of them is not mandatory, but will greatly assist you in projects. Please inquire within to your department heads.
5) School. There are a few courses offered by various people, and likewise is not mandatory but suggested if you wish to learn a few things outside your usual sphere of interest.
6) Media Library. Finally there is the media library, and Vivio Takamachi and Edward Elric help run and sort the area. Everyone is allowed to come in and check out the vast selection of music, movies, books and literature from various worlds. Mind you some items might not be available, so please keep that in mind.
This has been a friendly reminder to get along with your fellow crewmembers, and to utilize the facilities as you wish within reason.
Matt Olsen
Civilian Council
PS: My door is always open for questions at the W.I.T.C.H. Bus marked on the map for in-person conversation, or questions can be forwarded through the Omnicom system. Thank you.

While I'm still getting accustomed to the ship, I'd like to start contributing however I can. Who would I go to to find out what roles need filled?
Cagalli Yula Atha
Chief Representative, Orb

There's also security and other major groups such as Engineering that need help as well if you're interested. They have department heads listed under each heading too.
If you're looking for a bridge position, I'd check with Nathan Patrelli or Leon Kennedy, our first officer and captain respectively. They'll fill you in on what could be done there as well.

Thank you, though. I'll try speaking with either of them at some point, as well as the departments heads.

I know that the mobile suit division is under Kira so you could check with him. Or at least last I checked.

I'll check with the higher ups and see about that.

If this document has been suspended, I would like to know when it was suspended, whether it was suspended as a whole or only certain articles, and when/if it will be restored.
As a new arrival, I apologize if I am overstepping my bounds by bringing this up.

Ah, well suffice to say it, it's not suspended and it will proceed as planned. We've just been in a state of confusion with many of our staff being repodded or GlaDoSed at the given time during when it was made. I'll inquire directly about the particulars ASAP.
Thanks for pointing that out to me.

I appreciate the issues with paying people who can be 'vanished' off duty without notice. Perhaps if the Council can work out a pay schedule that takes that into account, I can put something in place that will track who is owed what. I would recommend under the circumstances that the data be backed up into detached media as often as possible, so as not to risk Stacy accidentally deleting something.

Thank you for explaining this so promptly. I wish all politicians were so diligent!

I've got a few ideas coming to mind. The first is I need a more up-to-date version for a class uniform that I plan on running eventually.
It's kind of hard to explain on here, but when you get a chance I'd like to talk to you in person about this project.
