Council Lock
I've found myself at a rather ugly scene of a medical condition so I need a few days to take care of things. Councilor Rhiow, will you please take over the case regarding our latest conflagration of bad vibes?
Also, I've spoken with Superman, and he will be head until I am back on my feet. Don't worry, it's curable, I just, well, really need time to myself. Thanks for understanding.
Play nice with the others and for the love of god don't make any more rules while I'm away.

Everyone I'm taking a medical leave from the council, so you can go talk to Superman about it. Point being, I'm going to be taking long hours meditating for a while now.
