To the newcomers: my name is Ildraniath. I am an Eldar and a Farseer of the Ulthwé Craftworld. I realize that doesn't mean anything to many of you, but it is my title. I intend on speaking at Tarrant's meeting regarding some rather important events we're attempting to set in motion. I've been here for a time and I'd like to think I know something or other about what's going on this ship.

We're stuck together, so let us at least try to be organized and work together without killing one another.

In light of recent events and repoddings, including Captain Leon, I will be acting as Captain for the time being. I will continue to work with the Council to try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. I understand these are troubling times, but it's best that order remains. Since our erstwhile leaders haven't yet seen fit to grace with us with a plan or any form of communication, I'm going to be doing this myself. Jaime? We're going to need your ability to block out Stacy's little probes.

I believe we can meet in Central Park in the city without fear of being overheard or of retaliation.

Should that fail, I'm sure we can find somewhere else to organize. If any of you are still interested in getting control of this ship, I'd like to meet and organize - in person, with copious notes - so we can begin detailing the resources we have at our disposal and what we might be able to do in the future. This is not going to be some brutish smash-and-grab operation wherein we get together and then storm off like some sort of angry mon-keigh mob.

I'll notify those of you interested via comms when we have this meeting.

I'm kinda new here still - not out of the most recent round of people, but the previous. Name's Simon.

We have a need to take control of this ship, it seems. I have something that can help. My mech in the hangar, it's got an ability to hijack control of bigger things - other robots, carriers, even full-sized spaceships. I don't know if it could handle something as big as Stacy, especially with those power-killing things on-board, but in that history thing, discussion came up that perhaps a team attempt at hacking things would be ideal.

...I'm honestly not sure where to go from here, though. I'm a more "charge in and hope for the best" kind of guy, but even I can tell that's a bad idea here.

As mentioned previously this is the first of what shall be regular reports of council activities in order to provide simple and easy access to issues that the council has been discussing and what action has been taken or is to be taken.

Below is a summary as of the Open Council session to the current moment. Should you wish greater detail on any aspect of this report do not hesitate to leave a question.

In addition should you have any issues that you wish presented to the council, you are welcome to leave a note on this report or come by my office should you wish to discuss any issues.

Issues/actions resolved:

Issue: Hogan Bight's concealment of full identity and position as councilor.
Result: Hogan Bight voluntarily stepped down and has taken on advisory and crew liaison position.

Issue: When do laws come into effect after pod release.
Result: Laws to come into affect as soon as crew members have stepped onto the Observation deck. Process to be put in place to ensure that newly released crew members are made aware of laws before reaching observation deck.

I think he may be setting charges around the City. He called me a traitor while he was attacking me -- I don't know what's going on, but we need to take him down fast. I'm going to look for any additional explosives. I don't recognize the bomb configurations, but I have a means of disarming them without that.

If any of you are explosives experts, your help would be appreciated. If you encounter a bomb on-ship, please notify Security.

This is Hiccup, reporting in for the Council.

The unfortunate passing of Superman has led to some changes in the Council. Right now, the Council is deciding a new Chairperson, since he was our previous Chairperson.

After we've done that, we'll also be needing a new person to take his Council seat. An election will be held soon. If you're interested in running, now's the time to start preparing your campaign -- however, we ask that you don't post anything yet or start openly campaigning. This is because of the Daligig being here, in case they try to interfere in our affairs. They've definitely shown that they might not be the most trustworthy.

That said, please do not antagonize them or attack them while trying to gain information. We do not know entirely what they're capable of, or whether or not they'll hold back if attacked, and we don't want anyone getting hurt. It's important that we try to get more information from them, but it's not worth anyone's lives.

As soon as they're gone, people can start campaigning, and a new election will be held. We'll also be holding a new open Council meeting.

Also personally, I'd like offer open appointments once again. If you have something you want to discuss with a Councilperson in the meantime, before the open meeting, I'm willing to listen. Just post here (it can be locked if you want) and we'll set something up.

This is Nightwing. If you are with a government agent, please do not bring this message up. Communications should be working on planet, at least with our omnicomms. Ability to contact off planet is still blocked, but this is at least something.

Reports are saying that two people were killed in the attack on the hotel last night, which I assume means the rest of the crew is safe. I've seen Fate, Jr., Kang, Kon, Howard, Zouichi, Lash, Lord Zetta, the Doctor, Dr. Henderson, Rory Williams, Ruffnut and Sakura. Edited to add: And Signum. (Sorry again.) We're all safe and in good health. If there is anybody else unaccounted for in our groups, please let me know immediately.

We were teleported away from the hotel before the missiles hit. We've been guests of the CLF since then.

They claim that the bombings that involve civilian casualties have been orchestrated by the Council as a way to keep the people afraid of change and believing that the clones are too stupid and violent to be given a chance. We have had a chance to speak with their government contact, who has backed this up. In fact, it turns out that the Council themselves are clones, having been in power for the past five thousand years, using the cloning technology to make themselves new bodies and transfer memories and personality into them.

The CLF have offered to assist us in gaining the technology that we're looking for in exchange for a limited amount of assistance. It's an offer I'm seriously considering as I had my doubts about what we could get from the Council to begin with. ~~It also doesn't involve killing anybody, so that already makes me happier.~~

If everybody could sound off and let me know that you're okay. Please.

My name is Signum, and I've been on this ship for half a year now, I believe...

While under the effects of the Melting Clock, I violently assaulted no less than nine crew members, including my own Department Head when she attempted to bring me under control, using magical barriers to avoid detection and detention by the ship itself. There very well may have been more; my memories remain jumbled.

The reason for this unprovoked attack was that, due to the age regression I underwent, my memories turned back to a point in my life that I'm not very proud of, when I committed similar crimes in the name of saving someone's life. However, this time, there was no need for my actions whatsoever. I take full responsibility for the unprovoked attacks, and will accept whatever punishment the rest of the crew deems worthy, up to and including repodding or, with my Master's permission, falling upon my sword. I have remanded myself to the custody of the Magic Department, along with the artifact I was using to store the mana I stole. It is a...copy of something I thought destroyed, or purified, in the past, and it is extremely dangerous, so please take the utmost care in disposing of or sealing it.

Finally, to everyone I hurt, I am...sorry...beyond my ability to express it. I don't expect forgiveness, but please accept my contrition, at the very least.

Hello, fellow friends and crewmates, and thank you for taking the time to view this message. For those who have not yet personally met me, I am Dhianeila Y Leisha Altoria Ol Yunos, one of the elected council members aboard this ship.

During our recent mission just outside of the planet NiSaris, both myself and Setsuna F. Seiei were able to accomplish a very brief, personal encounter with the Ohm. I would like to share with all of you what we have learned from this encounter, although I much apologize if your curiosities, as frustrating as they are, are not completely satiated from this information, due to the very small window of opportunity that was presented to us. But I believe any further information is a great thing for us who are still lost, and not completely sure of our own circumstances.

Many of us on board have voiced fears of the Ohm being an emotionless, violent hive mind. What we learned from our encounter is that they are, in fact, not any of those things. Each of them possessed their own thoughts and feelings. And though not a hive mind of any sort, they communicate with each other in such a way ... where their entire race has developed a mental connection between one another. And together they speak, deliberate and act as a result of this unique form of communication. Some were surprised, frightened at our alleged intrusion -- our attempt to speak with them. Though they do not communicate and speak the same way many of us on board this ship do, what they conveyed was still understandable to a very general extent. As unfortunate and heartbreaking as our losses have been, they do not simply seem to be acting on unexplainable violence. For a reason, some reason we still have yet to discover, they relayed a strange feeling of sadness, wrapped in an opinion and view of us ... as having done something terrible. There is a reason for their actions, and it is my strongest hope that we can discover this reason and more as soon as we possibly can, for the benefit of all.

Our limit of opportunity to learn these things was very short-- a few moments at most, before we were pushed away and swept back into the battle ensuing around us. So I do not have any more information aside from what I have just explained. Still, do not hesitate to speak to me, other council members, and each other about anything regarding this. Together we all wish for the same thing; for the Ohm to stop their actions, to save those in danger of losing their homes and to somehow find a way for us to restore our own. And it is only working with and trusting in one another that can get us there. Please wish Setsuna a quick recovery, as if it were not for him and his help, this would not have occurred. I thank you for your time.

I'm uncertain of the ethics of this, but I wanted to ask. At the moment the clone that crew-member Mei-Xing brought on board is still in Medical, living on a respirator with no chance of waking up.

My understanding of her file is that her comatose state was caused by damage done early in her development, otherwise she would have been perfectly normal. With the clock on board, we have a chance to reverse that, though I imagine it would leave her an infant. Which...I'm uncertain if that would be a bad thing. She would require a caretaker, but she could be normal. She could have a chance for a childhood and a life beyond what was meant for her.

I think we have a chance to help her, to give a patient with no chance a chance and I would like your advice on it. As a nurse I've seen a lot of good people die because we didn't have the technology to help them. I would like your opinions on it. I'm afraid I don't know much about magic, though I've been observing the effects of the clock first hand. Would this work? Do you think it would be beneficial to try?
