In light of recent events and repoddings, including Captain Leon, I will be acting as Captain for the time being. I will continue to work with the Council to try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. I understand these are troubling times, but it's best that order remains. If anybody has any questions, feel free to speak with me privately.

Department heads, what is our current status? I'm aware you've undergone some shakeups as well.

The Magic Department has undergone a smooth transition of power, as former department head Nanoha has stepped down to further enjoy married life (and who can blame her?).

I agree, I'll admit I had let my other duties take precedent, and I thought Captain Leon had things well in hand.

An entirely fair assumption! I don't for a moment think you at fault for the failings of the previous commander. I do urge you not to make these mistakes.

May I inquire, however, as to how Mister Kennedy's real replacement will be chosen?

Thank you, and on that note, I'm enclosing a copy of our Constitution for your information. It's been some time since we've had an election, and that's how he was originally selected for the office. In the meantime, I'll be speaking with the rest of Command and Council to form a new game plan.

I apologize if Command had seem distant at times, but believe me, much was going behind the scenes. However I do plan to have a more public presence and my open door policy to my office stands.
