This is Rock Light. I've finished the train tracks! And the train! You guys didn't give me a lot of destinations, though...
Anyway! I tried to figure out the main points that everyone went to, and I think it went pretty well! Since they cover such a wide area, I built three trains, too. At least two of them are on the tracks at all time, if the third isn't there it's probably in Grand Central Station getting looked over by my mets. It has a few major stops along the way, but I've decided it'd be better to install a patch on the Omnicomm network (included in this post, btw) that will allow everyone to call the train to a halt so that they can board. I've also included a bit of programming so that the same person can't call a halt to it a bunch of times in a row, to keep pranksters at bay.
The main stops are the Transport Tubes, Grand Central Station, Awesome World, the Outsiders (And you guys really need a better name) HQ, the Drunken Dragon, and the WITCH Bus. They'll automatically stop at these places for five minutes. It takes about an hour for each train to make a complete circuit. So that's either twenty to thirty minutes for a train to pass by each location, depending on whether there's two or three on the track. The track has safety sensors that will call a stop if there's a blockage, and I put cow catchers on the front just in case.
The trains work on a recursive inertia engine, so there's no kind of fuel needed. They're named, by the way, the Buddy Holly, the John Lennon, and the Warren Zevon.
I've got a few new projects in mind, Billy! But I'd also like to ask the crew what kind of improvements they'd like to see. I'm already considering building vehicles for Security, but we have some in the Vehicle Bay they can use to get around already... Hm. Anyway! The tracks have already been uploaded to your Omnicomms, and you can get the patch [here].
[And as soon as the map gets done and updated, I'll link it here.]
