A lot on my Mind

Basically, I have symbiote, named Khaji Da. He's attached to my spine. But the whole two-brain thing doesn't really prove two brains are better than one, because recently I found out because of kinks due to the hookup, I could be at risk for certain types of threats.
As such, I'm wondering if someone is capable of teaching anti-mind control techniques. I'm basically looking to develop better mental control than I have.
Is there anyone out there who could teach me?
