In light of recent events and repoddings, including Captain Leon, I will be acting as Captain for the time being. I will continue to work with the Council to try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. I understand these are troubling times, but it's best that order remains. If anybody has any questions, feel free to speak with me privately.

Department heads, what is our current status? I'm aware you've undergone some shakeups as well.

Greetings to all of you, and my thanks for your vote. This afternoon, you may find me on the banks of the Kohaku River in the City.
