Cranston and I have succeeded in tracking down the source of a transmission. It came from a space ship 3.57 inches in length and 2.12 inches tall located in the Hangar. It is currently mobile.
I have checked its specifications with Stacy's database. It is a Helmacron vessel. Unfortunately I have been unable to locate information on the Helmacrons themselves.

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Zetta. The most badass freakin' Overlord in the cosmos. I've been ruling my Netherworld since before some of your races invented freakin' civilization. I'm also the strongest Overlord this cosmos has or will ever see! Hyaaa ha ha ha ha!
...I'm not sure why the hell you'd need more reason to put me on your Council, but whatever.
SOME of you might have reservations about putting the evil demon in any position of power. Ordinarily, you'd be right to object, and then I'd laugh at you and if I really wanted your position of power, I'd come take it! Hyaaa ha ha ha ha!
Uh, but this is a different situation. Fact is, like it or not we're all in this together. We've got an enemy; the enemy needs its ass kicked. We can't count on anyone else to do it, whatever anyone says about other ships and lenscrafters that have your weapons in an hour and all that crap.
So, points of business for badass freakin' Councilman Zetta:
First, kick Ohm ass. Number one priority here, people.
Second, get the damn ship under control. We can't trust it or the people who created it till we've got the damn keys in our pocket, our left hands on the "stop that crap" button, and our right hands on the "do more of that crap" lever.
Third goes with second, get some freakin' rules on here. Right now the ship is calling the shots with its energy tentacles and Punishment. That's about as cool as a space heater in a lava field. We get those taken care of, then we set down our own laws about not punching people and stuff. Maybe we let the ship do the tentacle thing for safety, but then it's US calling the shots and not Ms. Absolute BDSM-Queen Alternate Personality Stacy That Makes Regular Stacy Cry.
So, in conclusion: Reasonably badass ship crew should be in charge of itself and the freakin' ship it's on, Zetta is a badass freakin' Overlord, free Prinny-pitching in the Sensoriums for loyal voters.

Council Campaign!
Feb. 3rd, 2011 01:06 amdhianeila.livejournal.comGreetings, all who reside and are doing their very best aboard this ship. I am Dhianeila Y Leisha Altoria Ol Yunos, and if you would accept me, I would like to offer my services to your council.
During my time here, I have met many different beings - something I believe is of great importance for all forms of life to reach for. Not only through one's own universe, but through every one that exists outside of them. Interaction between those from every corner of the universe creates an endless potential for advancement and quality of life for all involved. As every race supports each other in order to gain new knowledge and power and move beyond their own universe to the others that await them. Such a goal of exploration and an extended hand for peaceful relations to all is something I had aimed for throughout my journeys and continued to aim for when my people were free to their own place in the star systems. It is something I have continued to do here and plan to continue doing, so I may being these meetings and experiences with me wherever I may go. I also hope to one day put these experiences to use as I hope to connect not only starways between a single universe, but between those that lie beyond. I hope that if I am chosen to become a member of the council, I can meet as many of you as I possibly can, and learn all there is to learn about you. In order to accomplish anything, we must all come to know and understand one another.
If it is possible, I would also someday like to come to understand the Ohm in hopes of finding a way to peacefully co-exist with them. Which is not to say that I would allow harm to come to any of us on Stacy as a result of these wishes. I have known beings very similar to them that my people have come to live alongside eventually. For our sakes, the sake of the Ohm who may simply be misunderstood, and for the sakes of those who have yet to be affected by destruction - and I hope it will not come to that, for them - I believe searching for answers for what we do not fully understand is an important venue to look into. I know such goals take energy and determination, but I myself am prepared for anything and believe that if we as a people work together to begin searching, we will be able to accomplish anything. I thank every crewmember from the bottom of my heart for the hard work they have done since first waking up on this ship. Your endless bravery is appreciated by those who also show great strengths of character. I hope to work alongside everybody on this ship as we continue on this journey, and I promise that I will give everybody my utmost attention if my help is ever needed. I would like to do everything in my power to see to it that we are all happy and healthy during our everyday living, and as we prepare for whatever awaits us. I wish to hear your ideas, your thoughts and your input, as we are all equally important and should build this current life for us together.
Please, do not hesitate to seek me out or request anything from me. For both your questions, if you have any about my running for this council, and if you ever seek a helping hand, regardless of the results of this election. My name's Sasami Masaki Jurai, Child Liaison and assistant to First Officer Nathan Petrelli. I would like to announce that, once again, I would like to run for Council.
I have to admit something. Last time I ran, I was a brat. A horrible brat. I thought that, because I was a kid, that I wanted to make things better for the kids, that I could find those willing to help me do that. And when I learned that it didn't work that way, I took it wrong. I should have accepted defeat gracefully and yet I acted like the kid I was.
Things have changed, though. The kids here aren't helpless. They don't need a voice here, they already have one. I just couldn't hear it then. This time, I wanna do things right.
I want to help anyone and everyone I can on board this ship and hopefully elsewhere. I don't want to be a voice for one small, I want to be a voice for all no matter who it is. And... I think... I just want a bit of closure.
Win or lose, I want to know where I stand with everyone.

I am hereby submitting my candidacy for one of the vacant Council positions.
Due to my position as a wizard, I have extensive experience with cross-species and interplanetary relations - I traveled off-planet quite a bit before being rescued by Stacy, and have continued to learn about my crew-mates on board the ship.
I've watched this ship pull itself from a loose organization of a few autonomous departments to a fully realized and implemented government, and I would like to see that progress continue. If I am elected to the Council, I will strive to take the part of the minority wherever there is one.
My Oath as a wizard requires me to treat all life as equally important and equally valuable. It is my duty to strike down barriers and remove obstacles that keeps life from flourishing as it should. Every crew member is valuable aboard this ship and I want to make sure that everyone's voice is heard.

We are known as a kind and gentle soul and due to Our role as the future King, We have always been taught to act with nobility and justice. We believe in helping Our fellow crew members however We can, and We would be proud to represent the crew on the council. We promise to stand up for of all beings on the ship, and to unite the ship in peace and harmony. We are all subjects of the Cosmos, after all, so We believe that it is important to solve all disagreements fairly.
We are quite small and quite young, We realize (as We are not even 6 eons old yet!), but We are very hard-working and We will do anything to please Our friends and neighbors on the ship.

I discovered a new species of slug in the water at hydroponics and I've spent the last few weeks cultivating and breeding my own tank of them because I believe I'm starting to lose my mind.
In any case, my name is Dr. Luis Sera and I'm the Chief Science Officer and head of the Science Department on this lovely vessel. The Science Department is responsible for scientific research and development in all areas of practice-- physics, chemistry, biology, and anything else that doesn't fall under Engineering or Medical. We are called upon to assist other departments of the ship and crew members in commissioned scientific work. If you are experienced in any discipline of science and this sounds like a good time to you, you are welcome to inquire about joining the department.
Joining the department gives you free access to the Contagion Laboratory across the hall from Medbay, given that you agree with two simple stipulations:
1. All projects using department facilities and resources must receive ethical approval by the Chief Science Officer (myself.)
2. You will not work on anything that has more than a reasonable chance it is going to explode, infect, mutate, or otherwise horribly kill us all.
There is also absolutely no biological weaponry research allowed in department facilities. It gives me a headache and I have had way too many headaches for one lifetime.
Other than that, you're free to pursue your own avenues of work. Good deal, right?
This announcement is also to let you know that we are always accepting new projects. So if you are a crew member and you are in need of some type of specific research, please let me know and I will see the project handed off to a capable member of our staff.
