igotjetdog.livejournal.comSorry I couldn't make it to the meeting, everyone. I've been working on building those railroad tracks in the City, so you don't have to walk everywhere. The good news is that I should be done in another week or so!
Anyway, I'm Rock Light! I'll be pleased to meet all of you in the future, but before then I'd just like to give you some advice on places to go while you're here! First off, there's everyone's favorite spot, the Sensoriums. Basically, whatever you imagine in those rooms, it happens! Like magic! Though I think it's actually a sophisticated hologram system, but none of you really care about that. Stacy probably keeps some pre-set locations, too, so just ask for any random ol' thing and you'll probably get it. Plus, you can get stuff that tastes like real food there! Except if you take it out, it turns right back into slop. Eeeeew.
Speaking of food, there's two more places to eat on the ship. You've got the Mess Hall, where Stacy gives out your daily doses of slop! Whatever nutrients you need, she's got it in there, even if the taste is something to be desired. (Actually, I heard a rumor that someone can make it taste like fruit or spiced meat. Does anyone know about that?) Even the trays are edible! The second place is Hydroponics, which is really more like an overgrown petting zoo than a proper hydroponics lab. But you've got plants from tons of different worlds, and a bunch of animals! It's awesome! You can get there through the Hub, or by walking through Spacewalk. Spacewalk's like this glass tube. In space. You can just sit there and watch the stars, but that gets kind of boring after a little while.
The Drunken Dragon Tavern has a kitchen, I hear, but mainly it's there for fruit juices and ciders. Kang's a dragon guy, and he's pretty cool! Just don't cause a fuss in there.
Also: Awesome World, the amusement park, is still open! Go and check it out, there's something for everyone in there. A roller coaster, a shooting gallery, a funhouse, a zero gravity ball pit...
And if you just want to go for a swim, there's always the River! I understand that Billy and a few others are building a bath house, so that'll be something for the future, right?
...Well, I can't think of much else to say, so I'll be signing off now! Have a good day!
