I'm just wondering why anyone is willing to listen to the Galileans. If we can't trust them to tell us about something that important, we can't trust them to hand over their technology even if, for some insane reason, we do make a deal with them.

We also can't trust that the GIA just wants the tech. They get the Galileans in on the war--how do we know we're not setting up a contract for cloned slave armies to chuck at the Ohm?
