If the government wants people to stop getting caught in the crossfire, maybe they should change their society so it's not run on slavery.

I think we should just walk away. No tech that way, but at least we're not squashing a people's only hopes for freedom.

Or see if we can just steal the tech. We've got ninjas, right?

Okay see? This? Now you're talking the language I like to hear. I'm all for stealing technology. I've had mine stolen so many times by the other nations back at home it would be the sweetest irony.

I know you hero types want to go all gun-ho on saving the clones, but if they have problems with them, I think they're doing just fine. I say we stay long enough to be able to steal all the good technology, trick them into thinking we'll be helping them for all the goodies, and then get out of here.

We've got multiverses to save and all of that.

I'm not even sure why we want this technology. To regenerate limbs? Several of the crew come from worlds in which the technology to quickly regenerate lost body parts is reality, is it not?

I'm from one of them.

But if we want to steal it, I would be for that plan.

Well if they have that healing and what appears to be really good cloning technology (if you'll forgive the term, tee hee), I'm almost curious what else they have too, admittedly...especially if they have been this secretive.

Ah. Cloning technology. Which puts us in the rather uncomfortable position of putting out clones of our own to die in service to our cause.

Since they haven't mentioned anything about any other advanced technology so far, I imagine it would take more for them to part with it than the rest.
