Engineer to all points:

After the reports started coming in about missing crew members, we initiated a full systems scan, just in case. In doing so, we uncovered a very recent fault in the teleportation tubes. We have started repairs already, but it would be a good idea for everybody to avoid use of the tubes for the time being, as we believe that this is the reason for the disappearances.

Unfortunately, the fault is masking where the missing crew members have been sent. I can theorize that they've likely been sent to another part of the ship. We ARE working on fixing the tubes so that we can get them back. I promise that there will be a team working on this at all times until they are fixed and all the missing have been returned.

Rotas have been posted. Either I or a double will be on every shift, so feel free to prod me if you need any extra help. This is first priority, everyone.
