Mrs. Kennedy,

Have you noticed anything wrong with Steve lately? I only ask because he seems like he's covering up something and it worries me. I thought maybe if you noticed something too, I might be able to ask him about it a little more certainly. I know that Luke Skywalker was recently returned to the pods, so that might be part of it.

If you haven't noticed anything, please disregard this message.

Thank you!

Miku Hinasaki

P.S. I hope your family is doing well.

Ok, so Beastboy and I will be having a get together for the Outsiders later today, where we can talk abut what we'll be doing in the coming days. A lot of things have definitely gone down, so we've all been pretty bogged down, but now that we have some time, I'm hoping we can get started with getting the team training and planning some fun outings.

After talking with some people though, I get the feeling that we may not have explained very well what The Outsiders are all about, or even what the names means. I had thought we made it clear, but now that I know otherwise we can work to clearing up any misconceptions and get down to what we're trying to do.

A long time ago, it seemed that the kids on the ship were in the way, or undesirables when it came to holding positions in certain departments. Static and Slobo, two people from a superhero universe, decided they would make a team based on a name they used on their world, The Outsiders. The name was a reflection on how they felt other people viewed them, and figured that fit well enough on the ship. I joined the group along with several others, and our headquarters are in the hotel near Escherville. We had some fun times, and I bonded pretty happily with the guys. Over time Slobo was podded and Static disappeared, and so I saw that the team was in danger of disappearing. With Beastboy's arrival and interest in the team we reformed the Outsiders to how they are now, although things have changed for the better. Kids are looked after and teenagers have started to gain trust on the ship. So you might ask, with that happening, why still have the Outsiders?

Well, the word Outsiders hasn't always been about just being a kid and feeling like an Outsider in that way. It's also about feeling like you're alone on the ship, whether its because you're younger, or your power is hard for others to understand, or just because you don't really know how to take everything in. Anyone in any circumstance can feel like an Outsider, and that was why I thought we should keep the name. That said, I've also noticed that there are people who also are unsure what strength they have, and worry they are going to be completely useless in our cause against the Ohm. If you think that, you are also welcome: we have every intention of helping you train to become stronger too. Even if you're already strong, no one says you can't get stronger, and if you'd like to know what training on a team is like, here's your chance.

So I hope that answers your questions, and me and Beastboy will be glad to take more if you have them. The Outsiders treated me like a family member when I first joined, and I hope if you join you'll feel the same way.

Hope to see you all tonight!

This is an official statement from the Transmigration Nine Civilian Council.

Effective immediately, no one is to carry out live fire exercises, experiments or tests, or anything that has the potential to damage Stacy or harm crewmembers anywhere on this ship without direct authorization from the Council or Command.

Enlisted members of Starfighter Command will receive authorization through General Chacon; Tactical and Operations will receive authorization through Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Engineering through Billy Cranston, and Neuropathy through Lex Luthor.

All others will receive authorization from either a department head or contacting the Council directly.

Attached to this post is a file on the omnicomm system that has information on the ship's rules and authority figures. All ranking officers, department heads, and councilmembers can be contacted through the omnicomms at all times.

The mobile suit pilots that recently carried out a live fire exercise in the hangar will not receive punishment for this incidence, as there was no law in place at the time.
