Hello everybody!

To the new arrivals - welcome on board, and I hope you're adjusting well. To everyone else - I've met some of you, but not all of you, and I'd like to change that at some point. But I'm getting ahead of myself:

My name is Nanoha Takamachi, instructor for magical and aerial combat in the Time-Space Administration Bureau. If I haven't already met you, it's a pleasure!

Here on the ship, the crew have set up departments for their various interests and specializations, to make it easier to deal with whatever issues may come up. If there's a medical issue, the Medical staff can handle it or offer advice. There's the Engineering staff, the Science staff, and I'm sure that they'll all be looking for new help soon enough.

But recently, it's been kind of obvious that we don't have a crew to deal with issues of a magical or mystical nature that the others - no matter how capable - might not have the experience or the know-how to handle. I know I'm not the only person here on the ship with magical abilities or experience with these matters, and I've approached the command staff about trying to organize a staff in case something arises that we'll need to deal with as a group.

So... I'm trying to feel out interest, and maybe get a tentative working roster if at all possible. If you have magical (or mystical) abilities or knowledge and/or experience in dealing with issues that might fall under that umbrella, and would like to help out as part of the Magic Department (sorry, it's a working title), please let me know! Sooner rather than later, ideally.

Does anyone else here find sleeping in those pods...extremely...
...absolutely... positively..... weird? What's a guy gotta do to get a real bed around here? That Jet Blue air does nothing if you're actually claustrophobic and a guy can only make a box around him with his power ring for so long.

I'm Billy, Allen's partner in the Engineering department. Allen is currently leading most of our staff in an effort to program a device we might use later, so I'll be working with your ecto-skeleton.

Allen mentioned that it's a power amplifier, so I'll need to know a little about how your powers function to understand how the ecto-skeleton works and to be able to adjust its parameters to make it safe for your use. If you could describe them briefly for me, I'll be able to begin my work.

I promise that it will be returned to you in an acceptable condition, and if I succeed you will be able to use it with minimal risk.
