I'm Billy, Allen's partner in the Engineering department. Allen is currently leading most of our staff in an effort to program a device we might use later, so I'll be working with your ecto-skeleton.

Allen mentioned that it's a power amplifier, so I'll need to know a little about how your powers function to understand how the ecto-skeleton works and to be able to adjust its parameters to make it safe for your use. If you could describe them briefly for me, I'll be able to begin my work.

I promise that it will be returned to you in an acceptable condition, and if I succeed you will be able to use it with minimal risk.

I'm actually not entirely sure why or how it interacts with my powers. I t wasn't really designed to do it. I guess in part it could be both a mix of the neural linkup and the fact that how ghost powers work tends to rely on willpower and emotions. But that's really just a theory.

Knowing that ghost powers operate with emotional responses is a huge help. I'll send you an update as soon as I can.
