governorkangGreetings to all of our newcomers. My name is Kang, and in addition to being one of your Councilors, I am the proprietor of the Drunken Dragon Tavern in the City. As we have no currency, the drinks are free, and I do allow older teenagers to have alcohol, within limits; unfortunately, drinks are all that are served. There are non-alcoholic drinks available as well.
Kaylee Frye and Sister Nima help to run things. Please treat them and the other patrons with respect, and don't start fights, or you will be removed. Forcefully, if necessary.
The location is marked on the map that you can access on your omnicomms. Repairs from the ship's recent attack are still underway, and for the time being, the tavern is open only during the evening.
If you ever wish to speak to me regarding Council matters, I spend much of my time in the tavern, and I can always be reached via omnicomm.
