This is Councilor Kang, with a few announcements.

First, the Council will be holding an open audience in Le Prefecture in five days' time. If you have any questions or concerns, or suggestions, you are free to address them to us.

Second, I am putting out an official statement about the Tower of High Sorcery in the City. It is a building from Krynn, my world, and there are a number of highly dangerous magical items inside that can severely damage or kill you if you don't know how to properly handle them. If you visit the Tower, you need to have either myself or Aibghalien Marsai present.

Lord Bight, would you be willing to act as a safety guide as well?.

Lastly, everyone should be aware of Dr. Henderson's post regarding the recent cases of memory loss, and changed behavior or appearance.

Two of the human crewmembers affected, Rachel and Marco, left the med bay before Quarantine was opened. They are a possible danger due to the memory loss; they have the ability to take the form of animals, or even other people. If you see any animals, or people, acting suspicious, please inform Security and the med bay as soon as possible.

I would ask you to come back to the med bay so that this can be taken care of, but I won't. I already know you'll refuse.

I've seen Marco as a bird of prey, an irish setter, a mouse, and a gorilla. The only form I've seen for Rachel is a bear. However, they can take any animal or person's form.

Medical is working on it now, Tom. All we know so far is that some people are losing memories and seem to be reverting back in age.

I know something about people who turn into animals. I'm bouncing between the city, the training rooms and the fighter bay. If I come across them, I'll let people know.
