Been on that end of possession myself, so I know what you mean. Logically, you know there's nothing you could have done in order to stop it, but you feel bad about what happened anyway, right? Especially when it comes to having hurt people you care about.

It's normal. You won't ever forget it, but it gets easier to deal with once you've had some space and time to deal.
