My name is Sherlock Holmes. I'm a consulting detective, the only one that was in existence in my world at the time of its (alleged) destruction, working most often with the Scotland Yard on the cases the police were too incompetent to solve on their own.

This post has a three-fold purpose.

1. I would like to be put in contact with whoever is responsible for criminal investigations on the ship, to possibly make arrangements for future consultations.

2. I would like to be put in contact with whoever is responsible for criminal investigations on-planet, during missions, to make similar arrangements.

3. I would like to make it known to the ship proper that I'm available for private cases. Interesting ones only please. If you're in need of assistance, contact me and we'll discuss whether or not your case has potential.

I would like to offer my services as a consultant to the ship's Security Department. While I'd prefer not to work directly under your auspices, I'm willing to undergo an interview so that you be made aware of my skillset and general character, and willing to work within your department's protocols and procedures.

If you prefer, you can think of me as independent forensics examiner, like the ones many law enforcement agencies hire on a freelance basis.

I'll have to talk to Dean Winchester (the other head of security), but I can't see where that would be a problem. We actually could have used an experienced forensics examiner a while back. Red Robin and I are well trained, but there are places where that training falls short. Batman doesn't know everything, even if he fakes it well.

An interview wouldn't go amiss, though. I have an office in the security building in the City. It should be marked on your map.

He is absolutely not addressing the Batman thing, lol
