I think we've got a little incident on our hands.
If you have witnessed anyone suffering from flu-like symptoms (nausea, fever, chills) that culminate in aggressive behavior, isolate them and see that the person is brought to contagion containment immediately.
I also need to see any available doctors or medics.
Does anybody have any idea what's causing this?

Your daughter has it, and I've got her in quarantine sleeping until I can figure out more than that.

And yes. We don't want whatever this is to spread, regardless.

How is the aggression presenting itself? Is the subject aware of what they're doing, any kind of hesitation, or is there a complete shut down of cognitive capabilities?

I got hit in the face by a 12-year-old, if that tells you anything.

Okay, I'll be there in two minutes.

Dr. Sera, do you know if anyone has been off the ship within the last 48 to 72 hours? Or any idea as to a 'patient zero' as it were?

The first patient I saw was Sherry Redfield-Kennedy, but that isn't to say she is the first one to come down with these symptoms at all.
Private
One is Fletcher Tringham, by all indications a normal human child. But the other is much more disturbing to me. She is Nanashi, a vampire queen from her world. Biologically speaking, there is only one disease a vampire can fall victim to. This isn't it. The only living creature that can live on a vampire's blood is a vampire. And as old and as powerful as she is, even that is unlikely.
This is far from the flu. I've done a lot of research into blood, and I am sure I can help you isolate whatever may be doing this.
