Grab Ronon, and one or two people from the council and find this guy. Tell him you want to meet to negotiate, or something. Just get him to talk and keep him talking. As long as he thinks he's in charge, odds are he'll go off about how superior he is and all that crap, and he won't be paying attention to much else.

Seconding this motion. Be thankful I'm not going to do that now, if only because I trust that you know how to deal with him for the time being. Better damn well hurry, though--I'm not going to wait for long.
