Hello, everyone!

As glad as we are to be past that ordeal, we shouldn't let ourselves relax for too long, don't you think? I'd like to introduce myself to all the new arrivals - my name is Captain Nanoha Takamachi of the Time-Space Administration Bureau (but please, just call me Nanoha if you wouldn't mind), and I'm the head of the Magical Department here on the ship.

Even if the Nightmare King has been dealt with, there's no guarantee that we won't face anything magical or mystical in nature in the future, so I'd like to just note that we're always recruiting anyone with powers and/or experience dealing with the mystical and/or supernatural. The more varied abilities and experiences we get, the better!

Feel free to let me know if you're interested over the comms, or to stop by my office at the Jedi Temple in the City. My door's almost always open! Just knock if it isn't, okay?

Hello, my name is Daja Kisubo. I am a blacksmith and a mage, and while I'm afraid my commitments to the Engineering Department will keep me very busy, I will be happy to help out should you ever need a smith mage. My magic covers both fire and metal, and I am also able to see magic. Thank you.

Oh? What sort of magical items can you make?

As my magic is rooted in blacksmithing, my magic is rooted in the metal items that I craft. I can place spells on metal objects after they have been crafted, but it's more commonly for me to place my magic in the metal while I work it. I can also use my living metal to make creations that are more flexible and pagically potent than would be possible with normal metals.

A few examples of my magical work include fireproof gloves, an artificial leg, and metal ear plugs and glasses that block out magical visions.

Are you good with working with other magical items that aren't necessarily crafted? The mages from my world use technological devices to help us cast our magic, for instance.
