I've noticed that a lot of civilians have this thing about being obsessed with high school, and especially with recreating it. Maybe that's the problem here - the only thing they're interested in is acting like children.

And just so you know, I'm definitely interested in being able to access Hydroponics. If you weren't working on that, I'd be including some greenhouses in my plans for the city, because we need to start trying to be more self-sufficient.

High school forms much of their social interaction. That may be the flaw, we have many teens and people just out of school here.

I am keeping this secret until I have a chance to speak with Command, but I would suggest you keep working on the greenhouses. My sensors indicate that there are some kind of creatures in Hydroponics, and I don't know if they're hostile.

Besides, it would be wise to have a well-tended back-up, in case of equipment failure, and the task of gardening could both raise morale and keep people busy.

Creatures, huh? I would say I hope they're harmless, but it seems like Murphy's Law operates at double its usual strength around here. And yeah, now that you mention it, having all our agriculture being completely reliant on Stacy's systems is probably a bad idea, in light of everything that's happened. The whole project on the city is really just to keep people busy, because there's a chance discipline might improve if more of the crew has something productive to do.
