Time to get schooled.

So here's something none of you kids on the ship will thank me for.

Since there ARE kids on the ship, some of whom theoretically have school to go back to or finish, somebody ought to do something about this. Who wants to be a schoolteacher?

Not that we need to have a regular 8 hour schoolday, but even on a creepy meatship, young minds need a'moldin'.

ETA: much as it pains me deep in my soul not to force higher education on someone who's already, say, graduated high school, or otherwise gotten an adult-level education, I guess if you're not interested in taking your learning any further you're . . . okay. Uggggh. Brb, off to nurse my convictions.

Sounds like a plan. Not going ot be going to class though. Haven't been to school since I found out about the whole werewolf thing, and I learn better on my own anyways. And by that I mean I got all my most recent education from using libraries and museums as temporary homes.

Everybody needs a teacher. Even if it's just someone to talk to ABOUT the things you learn in libraries and museums who knows more about them than you do.

Yeah, I have, though those were occasionally interrupted by a necromancer raising a T-Rex fossil and using it to try to kill us because I said Snidely Whiplash wanted his mustache back.

I'm aiming more for that sort of structure, a group discussion kind of environment, since class size is currently small enough to get away with it. Rather than lecture style, which is boring as hell, and I would know, because I've been to about six times as many lectures in my life as your average engineer.

No T-rexes, though. Unless somebody decides to cover paleontology, which would be sort of inefficient given that we're not likely to come across any dinosaur digs anytime soon.
