Greetings to all of our newcomers. My name is Kang, and in addition to being one of your Councilors, I am the proprietor of the Drunken Dragon Tavern in the City. As we have no currency, the drinks are free, and I do allow older teenagers to have alcohol, within limits; unfortunately, drinks are all that are served. There are non-alcoholic drinks available as well.

Kaylee Frye and Sister Nima help to run things. Please treat them and the other patrons with respect, and don't start fights, or you will be removed. Forcefully, if necessary.

The location is marked on the map that you can access on your omnicomms.

If you ever wish to speak to me regarding Council matters, I spend much of my time in the tavern, and I can always be reached via omnicomm.

We have a Krynnish red dragon named Crematia on the ship, who is making no secret of her presence. You may have seen her already on the Observation Deck. I used to work with reds, and I think I may have talked her in to turning her destructive tendencies towards the ship's enemies rather than the inhabitants. It would be best to keep an eye on her, regardless.

Other worlds: various beers, fruit wines, vodka.
