What the hell happened?

Clark and I just got out of the mazes and we saw the battle damage. What happened? Are there any casualties?

Some crazy AI took over when Stacy tried to do maintenance on GLaDOS, unleashed a crapload of robots all over the damn place.

...she got to some people in the pods. I'm not sure who all, though.

I see you already got the short version of the situation. The battle is over now. There's a lot of damage that will need to be repaired.

There's no official list of casualties or damages yet. A number of pod deaths, however, were broadcasted to the ship so we do have some names.

An AI attempted to take over the ship while the repairs were underway; resources such as Medbay, the Armoury and Special Weapons were targeted, as were the pods and the crew as a whole. [More detailed report attached.]
