Nice to meet you, too! Where are you from?

Well, I lived in Italy for a while, but I was born in Japan. I just moved back to Japan a few months ago.

Hey, that's pretty neat. I've been to Italy a couple times. Did you like it there?

I loved it! All the old buildings mixed in with the new, the people, the food... I missed it so much when I moved back to Japan.

They do have some pretty cool architecture. And food. I like Japanese food, too, though. Also ice cream.

It took a little time to get used to Japanese food again, but it's very good. And ice cream is always good.

Yeah, definitely. Do you think there's any on the ship?

I don't know. But I heard something about using the sensoriums to make food?

That's not the same, though, is it? I mean, it's not real ice cream... although I guess it tastes like it.

I guess not. But it's something worth trying. At least until shore leave--I've heard that mentioned a lot.

Oh... what's shore leave? You mean we're going to dock somewhere?

I think so. That's what it sounded like to me anyway.

Hmm... well, I hope it's somewhere cool. Like with space whales and stuff.

That would be fun!
