See, I can figure out technology.

To whom it may concern,

A friend and I have been having some talks about starting a book club on the ship. We thought it'd be a nice break from the whole 'oh God we're in the middle of a war Stacy's trying to kill us we're all going to die' daily grind. Besides, it would be an excellent way to learn about each other culturally, through the literary artifacts of each member's homeworld.

Also, some of us would like a way to bond that doesn't involve getting our faces punched in in the Sensoriums.

Is there any interest in this?

Sincerely,
Eva

MOTOT:

ONE joke. ONE joke and I will burn your book club so far down to the ground that people one level below it will have to extinguish their hair.

Probably read them all well, from Earth but yes, I'm interested. From all the parallel worlds and other dimensions?

You had me at educational. Actually you had me earlier than educational, but I like educational.

Where are you having this club? Club-type thing?

Sounds fun. We kind of had something like that back home, but I never quite attended them...

Well I was also pretty busy with paying the bills and keeping everything in top running condition [as best as she could.] If you need any help, I'd be happy to give some assistance.

I can never say no to books!

But uh. Getting our faces punched?

Well hey, if we're interested learning about other worlds, we could always plan for meetups that don't involve that sort of thing.

[Congrats, Eva, you've found one of the few ways to get Goliath's attention amidst his clanlessness-induced funk.]

My castle contains an extensive library. So long as everyone involved agrees to respect my territory and visit only when I am awake, you may make use of it.

After nightfall in the City.

Mine is the Castle Wyvern. I will meet you at the city's entrance to guide you there.
not_the_philistine: (>:|)

Sure. You want to start or shall I?

I would like that.

A book club? That could be quite enjoyable, I would be interested.

I look forward to it.

Pocket-sized? Unfortunately not, though I should be able to fit in most locations without a great deal of trouble.

For the most part they prove little problem.
