That's the way things go,then...

Rhiow, Nehaalista, Prince, Dhianeila - I want to congratulate the four of you on winning. I'm surprised it was so close, especially with myself and the Prince. I'm very certain you four would make excellent Councilmembers.

To those who voted for me, I'm sorry that I didn't win, but at the same time, I'm glad you had faith in me that you did choose to vote for me.

Both elections have been... very enlightening, to say the least. The first one told me that nothing could be handed to me on a silver platter. The second one... I would have to say it showed that there were still those who trusted me even after what I did then.

You seem very earnest in your desire to help. Have you always been interested in this sort of thing?

In terms of helping, I've always wanted to. I've been caught up in a few major problems in my universe and I've felt that I should continue doing so here.

Of course, my first try doing this sort of thing, like I said, didn't do too well, so...

Nobody ever does anything perfectly ... even beyond their first try. As long as you always continue to try to do your best, that is what is important.
