How could you? Not just anyone but Rear Admiral Spaurh! Her family's hated mine since before the Empire and she's my CO! She'll never let me live that down!

Have you tried washing it in the Sensoriums?

Don't tell anyone I've been using the place for a virtual washing machine every couple days.

As far as I've been able to tell, if you wash in there, you stay washed when you come out. That's how I've been keeping my wrap from stinking horribly.

Maybe it's actual water and it just removes it when you leave so you don't drip on everything?

It might be sorcery. I haven't seen a ward that does that kind of thing but it wouldn't surprise me...

Lafiel, the med-sorcerer who regrew me a replacement arm in academy would probably disagree with you.

I don't know about any afterlives (that's mostly a philosophical thing), but the soul (if you call it that) definitely does a dimensional hop-skip-jump out of here when somebody dies. Where it actually goes is the question.

A mechanic configured a training armor wrong and it splinched my arm off. One of my classmates was smart enough to cauterize it before I could bleed out. I blacked out a couple seconds in and woke up in the ICU pumped up to the gills with stuff, though.

It wasn't as bad as it sounds. Well, for me, anyway. I was actually back up and running pretty quickly once they got the new one grown.

Though the spot where the replacement tattoo hits the old stuff has always bothered me.
