Well, all the ones we have are totally mechanical. No special name, but there's a couple of types: NEG machines (sturdy, practical, all around good), Nazzadi machines (kind of fragile but very fast), and Engels (the sturdiest ones in existence and a little more short range focused, and also the biggest).
