[Locked to the Outsiders]
Hey guys it's Beastboy here calling out for a get together!
First off, are any of you guys any good at making statues? If not we can ask the adults but it would be a really good idea for us to make up statues for our lost comrades like who we just lost recently. Not only is it a totally a great way to honor their sacrifice, but it's really important for us to always remember the gravity of what we do. I know it sounds like a downer but it can be really inspiring too.
Now that I've got that out of the way next order of business, ask around and if you happen to know anyone you think might make a good addition to the team? Ask them! We can always use new members ya know?
Alright now the really important thing. We wanna get everyone together tomorrow to hang out, get to know one another maybe play a game or two, trust exercises and stuff. It's really important we get to know one another, makes friends and stuff so we can work together better. Afterwards we'll all hang out and watch a movie or two how's that sound? I'm open to suggestions for what movie to look for in the library.
...oh and for those of you who don't know what a movie is? It's moving pictures and sound that tell a story like magic. Trust me it's awesome.
Alright...I think that's everything. Old news? New news? Suggestions? comments? Funny jokes?

As for Statue making, I can build things, but it's mostly been weapons of war, teehee. I guess if I could make it out of metal...maybe.

As long as the statues look like who they are supposed to look like and they won't fall down I think that's the most important thing ya know?

To be cautious, however, we should ensure that everyone feels safe enough to discuss their fears honestly. I do not wish to see the events of our last encounter with a scary movie repeated.

I believe it will be impossible to obtain the popping corn, but are there any other snack items we can bring?

Cassie, she's an Avenger, and by all rights, her statue belongs at Avengers Mansion with the other heroes, but this will have to do.
And movie night, I don't know, I'd like to, but it's too soon. Our team used to have movie nights.

Whenever you can make it is fine. We're hoping to get other group activities together soon.

I can help with some music related activities some time?
no subject
Definitely. I loved hearing you play.

Nobodies forcing you into movie night either, but if you need someone to talk to, somewhere to think you know we'd be happy to help. I'd be willing to bet every one of us has lost someone along the way...or several someones you know?

Also, didja see my post about the hand-held consoles that Stephen's made?

...wait what about hand-held consoles?

I have a few simple games programmed for them, no shiny graphics, but they're something, right?
I'm working on getting some of the games I have on my laptop to work on these systems.

We gotta be careful though. There are some people on this ship who are from video game worlds did you know that?
no subject
I'm trying to make sure that I don't do games that have people from them on this ship.
Like, I'm avoiding Halo, and Resident Evil, and I'm trying to keep an eye out for others.
Though, if some of them already know, maybe they'd like to play their game... if I have it. I don't have too many of the games that people are from. I've only got those to 'cause they're basically classics.

What if you like...invent a game? And then suddenly next time the pods pop the guy you thought you invented just for your game pops out of one of the pods?! Totally freaky dude!
no subject
Probably avoid them too. I mean, theroeticlly, even if I'm just channeling some sorta alternate 'verse, I'd feel like I already knew them totally and completely, when they've never even met me.
Oh, great, now I'm gonna be keeping an eye out for some of my game characters.
I mean, I don't usually write the stories, I usually focus on the programming, but still, there's a few games out there I've done solo... well, solo, plus with some help from graphic artists so it's not just numbers and letters on the screen.

It's like I keep expecting to turn a corner and see Agent triple zero or the thing from Jones lake lurking around this ship you know?
no subject
I've met loads of people who are game characters in my 'verse. Met people who are from other things, but I don't know much outside of video games. I didn't have access to a TV, and I never much liked reading.
