movies

Does anyone have any good action movie suggestions for me to watch? Nothing like "Blades of Glory," please. Dancing on ice as a sport is stupid.

I've heard of this movie called 'Die Hard'. It sounds like some sort of action movie.

Three or four.

They were alright. One of them got swordfighting completely wrong, though, and it was hard to ignore.

"Do You Remember Love" is a pretty famous space-combat movie where I come from if you don't mind an internal love story.

It's based on a true story, too. So much the better.

Lots of great dogfights. If you like what you see, we've got a few fighters like the ones in the movie down in the hangar. Of course, these are the modern kind - the ones in the film are practically antiques.

Well, there's always the old Zatoichi movies. He's wonderful! Well, if old movies about blind swordsmen are something you'd like. I could watch those movies all day long.

Ah, from the sixties, seventies, eighties. It's a long-running movie series. Never gets old! ♥ I'm disappointed I won't know what happens in the Katsu-san's last film, because it wasn't released yet when I was taken.

I've seen a few with Steve.

who told you that ice-dancing was a sport?

you want explosions or brawling or both?

kill bill 1 and 2 are both pretty good. blade runner (which definitely isn't ice dancing), enter the dragon, die hard, the matrix... there are some other good ones, but I think Stacy stashes the stories that people come from somewhere inaccessable.

"the matrix" is about this guy who finds out that reality is one big computer simulation -- kind of like the sensoriums, only eviler. he's supposedly the chosen one who will fight back against the evil computers. also, carrie-anne moss in a tight black leather catsuit. yow.

"enter the dragon" is a really awesome martial arts film where bruce lee plays a martial artist going under cover in a fighting tournament to get evidence that the guy running the tournament is also running a drug trade. its got some really awesome fight scenes, which is why i mentioned it.

V for Vendetta!

Remember remember
the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot
I see no reason
That gunpowder and treason
should ever be forgot.

I heard the Terminator series is good. If you watch The Matrix, don't bother with two or three, they were both terrible. The Batman movies are usually pretty good. Oh! And The Borune Ultimatum was good. There were two squeals, I can't remember their names, but they were good too.

Yeah, it is. It's really quite possibly the best movie of all time.

The Terminator was about this seemingly unbeatable cyborg sent to kill this chick named Sarah Conner. A guy named Kyle... something... has to stop it, or it'll royally screw things up.

Probably cause he's a superhero. He beats up bad guys using all this interesting tech.
