Who does a doc have to talk to around here to get permission to set up in the medbay?

[OOC: looks like there was already a tag for Ratchet from Ratchet & Clank, so I just added a little 'idw' to mine to avoid confusion. :x If there's already a system in place for situations like this, I can change it.]

No permission necessary as far as I am aware. Have set up in the medbay. No chief medical officer as far as I am aware.

Thank you, I think that's the best news I've heard since waking up here. Well, aside from the lack of a medical officer. That's just upsetting.
