I've heard that there's a new group for pilots on the ship? If there's someone who could tell me more about that, I'd like to help out - my name is Kira Yamato, and I have some combat piloting experience.

Hello Mister Yamato, I'm Colonel Tycho Celchu, and I'm the third in command. The squadron is Rogue Squadron, and it's an Incom T-65b X-Wing squadron. If you're not familiar with the ships, that's fine, many of the members aren't.

Can I ask, what kind of combat piloting experience do you have?

It's good to speak with you, Colonel Celchu, even if I can't really say I know what those ships are.

I temporarily served in the Earth Alliance navy aboard the Archangel as a Mobile Suit pilot - first the GAT-X105 Strike, and then the ZGMF-X10A Freedom, though you probably won't be familiar with either of those.

I was on active duty for... about nine months, and have experience flying both in space and in a planet's atmosphere. I'm also a computer programmer, if that helps - I helped write the OS that both the Strike and Freedom used.
