The only thing that sustains me is human blood. And any sustained exposure to the natural rays of the sun of most worlds would incinerate me. In my world we've developed quite the stigma for preying upon humans, stealing the daughters of wealthy landowners out of their bedrooms, and being nearly genocidal against humanity.

Some of it, unfortunately, happened; some of it is legend exacerbated by political fearmongers. But the entire crew, Council, and Captain, has my word that I take my oath very seriously, and I will never use my position to manipulate anyone into anything.
