I would like to ask about the lack of mandatory education for children and teenagers on this ship.

Can this be changed? I don't think it is a good idea, to let people choose whether or not to receive schooling. Many find it boring and a waste of time, and while certain subjects aren't exactly the most fascinating... It's still important.
