If they do, and someone isn't comfortable discussing them, then I wouldn't force it. They'd have to work things out their own way, and if they ever wanted my help later when they trusted me more, I'd give it then. If not...well, there's not much I can do.

But there are a lot of problems I can help with.

And maybe if people see me work on those, they'll eventually understand I just want to help everyone.
