Is there a reason the councilmembers are hiding the fact that there's a giant freaking dragon in the city from us? Seriously, that thing almost ate me. It's got teeth bigger than I am tall.

Oh, and apparently Bight's his ally, which is cool and all except this totally blindsided Kang. GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY: it's what's for breakfast.
