Council Campaign!

Greetings, all who reside and are doing their very best aboard this ship. I am Dhianeila Y Leisha Altoria Ol Yunos, and if you would accept me, I would like to offer my services to your council.

During my time here, I have met many different beings - something I believe is of great importance for all forms of life to reach for. Not only through one's own universe, but through every one that exists outside of them. Interaction between those from every corner of the universe creates an endless potential for advancement and quality of life for all involved. As every race supports each other in order to gain new knowledge and power and move beyond their own universe to the others that await them. Such a goal of exploration and an extended hand for peaceful relations to all is something I had aimed for throughout my journeys and continued to aim for when my people were free to their own place in the star systems. It is something I have continued to do here and plan to continue doing, so I may being these meetings and experiences with me wherever I may go. I also hope to one day put these experiences to use as I hope to connect not only starways between a single universe, but between those that lie beyond. I hope that if I am chosen to become a member of the council, I can meet as many of you as I possibly can, and learn all there is to learn about you. In order to accomplish anything, we must all come to know and understand one another.

If it is possible, I would also someday like to come to understand the Ohm in hopes of finding a way to peacefully co-exist with them. Which is not to say that I would allow harm to come to any of us on Stacy as a result of these wishes. I have known beings very similar to them that my people have come to live alongside eventually. For our sakes, the sake of the Ohm who may simply be misunderstood, and for the sakes of those who have yet to be affected by destruction - and I hope it will not come to that, for them - I believe searching for answers for what we do not fully understand is an important venue to look into. I know such goals take energy and determination, but I myself am prepared for anything and believe that if we as a people work together to begin searching, we will be able to accomplish anything. I thank every crewmember from the bottom of my heart for the hard work they have done since first waking up on this ship. Your endless bravery is appreciated by those who also show great strengths of character. I hope to work alongside everybody on this ship as we continue on this journey, and I promise that I will give everybody my utmost attention if my help is ever needed. I would like to do everything in my power to see to it that we are all happy and healthy during our everyday living, and as we prepare for whatever awaits us. I wish to hear your ideas, your thoughts and your input, as we are all equally important and should build this current life for us together.

Please, do not hesitate to seek me out or request anything from me. For both your questions, if you have any about my running for this council, and if you ever seek a helping hand, regardless of the results of this election. No matter what, I would like to do everything that I can for all of you. Thank you for your time and for your consideration, and I wish the very best of luck to the other candidates running.

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Zetta. The most badass freakin' Overlord in the cosmos. I've been ruling my Netherworld since before some of your races invented freakin' civilization. I'm also the strongest Overlord this cosmos has or will ever see! Hyaaa ha ha ha ha!

...I'm not sure why the hell you'd need more reason to put me on your Council, but whatever.

SOME of you might have reservations about putting the evil demon in any position of power. Ordinarily, you'd be right to object, and then I'd laugh at you and if I really wanted your position of power, I'd come take it! Hyaaa ha ha ha ha!

Uh, but this is a different situation. Fact is, like it or not we're all in this together. We've got an enemy; the enemy needs its ass kicked. We can't count on anyone else to do it, whatever anyone says about other ships and lenscrafters that have your weapons in an hour and all that crap.

So, points of business for badass freakin' Councilman Zetta:

First, kick Ohm ass. Number one priority here, people.

Second, get the damn ship under control. We can't trust it or the people who created it till we've got the damn keys in our pocket, our left hands on the "stop that crap" button, and our right hands on the "do more of that crap" lever.

Third goes with second, get some freakin' rules on here. Right now the ship is calling the shots with its energy tentacles and Punishment. That's about as cool as a space heater in a lava field. We get those taken care of, then we set down our own laws about not punching people and stuff. Maybe we let the ship do the tentacle thing for safety, but then it's US calling the shots and not Ms. Absolute BDSM-Queen Alternate Personality Stacy That Makes Regular Stacy Cry.

So, in conclusion: Reasonably badass ship crew should be in charge of itself and the freakin' ship it's on, Zetta is a badass freakin' Overlord, free Prinny-pitching in the Sensoriums for loyal voters.

My name is Vindicator Nehaalista the Kindly One of Shattrath, and it has come to my attention that I have been nominated for a seat upon the council. I am a Vindicator of the Hand of Argus, with many, many centuries of military training behind me. I realize that I am still very young, but I have fought beside you, and will continue to do so in whatever capacity you would rather have me in.

That said, my people's philosophy is one of peace, which I seek to continue here. We are well aware that as a crew, our inability to communicate with one another has led to problems in the past. I am told that the crew's argumentative nature is natural, but I can only think that this will hurt us in future conflicts both Ohm-related and crew-related.

I have much experience with smoothing out such things, as it has often fallen to me to get my point across in many ways due to my inability to speak. While that has been solved in one way or another here, it is still an experience that I feel has weight. Here on the ship, I have had the opportunity to work with my own enemies.

It is not an experience I take lightly, nor should it be. Instead it has accustomed me to find ways to work around and solve differences that otherwise would have had the four, now eight, of us at each other's throats with patience and diplomacy. It is something that I enjoy doing.
