This is Acting First Officer Kirk. I know it's been quite some time since we all sat down together and I believe now would be a good time to get together and discuss what's been going on aboard the ship, what kind of progress is being made (if any), and keep everyone in the loop. Unless there are any objections?

And secondly, we need a place that's not quite so public as the observation deck. Suggestions?
